CS meets GM A TN Circle and discussed the following issues.

1 Stay order against demotion of 1966 SDE posts
2 Notional Pay Fixation to the Competetive quota passed SDEs
3 Com.T. Israth John Begum SDE TNJ -case discussed

STP circle requires JTOs urgently. JTOs/ TTA s qualified as JTOs can give option through proper channel. They will be given head qtrs as per their choice. TN circle will soon issue a letter calling for options.

In STR Request Transfer orders for 18 SDEs issued.JTO to SDE officiating order also issued.

SNEA serves Notice for Trade Union Actions highlighting the crucial issues of (1) mass transfer, (2) conduct of DPCs for promotion in SDEs/DEs (3) immediate finalisation of Time Bound Promotion as demanded by us.

Notice issued for Circle Conference. TN Circle Conference will be held at Kothagiri on 21 st and 22nd April 2006. All the Divisional / Branch Secretaries are requested to collect Rs 100 from each member as donation towards the Circle Conference. Delegate/Observer Fee will be Rs 350. The delegate should be elected as per the constitution and the List should be sent to the Circle Secretary with a copy to host branch before First week of April. Circle Conference Donation, Quota up to Mar 2006 , delegate/observer Fee should be remitted to the Circle Treasurer in advance.In the mean time please hold the respective AGB wherever due. Comrades of Nilgris under the leadership of Com.R.Muthial DS are arranging comfortabe stay at Kothagiri.

On 20-04-06 Pre Circle conference CEC will be held at 14-00 hrs to adopt CS Report/ Accounts which is to be presented in the delegate session.

SNEA had a meeting with CGM TN Circle on 13-03-2006 regarding Transfer cases of DEs to NE Circle. CGM has agreed not to relive the concerned officers till 31-03-2006.

Circle Office Bearers Meeting will be conducted at Chennai on 12-03-2006 Sunday at 11 A.M at SNEA Bhavan to discuss regarding the Circle Conference Venue/Date. All Circle office bearers are requested to attend the meeting.

SNEA to actively participate in protest demonstrations being organised by the joint Forum against the drastic cut in ADC. All units may respond to the call.

Service SIM card is likely to be issued to all SDEs in TN Circle as given in Chennai Telephones. CS is persuing the case.

BSNL signed an MOU with Canara Bank on various retail loans such as Personal loan, Housing Loan, Car and Two-wheeler Loan, Education Loan and Natural Calamity Loan etc. to the BSNL employees.

As a consequence of the Joint agitation by us BSNL conferred with Mini Ratna status. TheBoard of Directors of BSNL will therefore hereafter exrcise all powers available to the Mini Ratna status companies.

Unification Circle Conference of TN Circle commences at Salem on 7^th July 2003 .In a grand open session attended by over 700 delegates and observers. CHQ President Com.W.Seshagiri Rao, GS Com.G.L.Jogi, CHQ Treasurer Com.H.Muthu, AGS Com. A.Sugumaran, Jt.Secretary Com.T.Issac , Circle Secretary Com. Gopinathan , CGM TN Circle, GM(Admn) STR ,GM Salem, Circle Secretary ITSA TN circle addressed the gathering.

On 8th July 2003 Com.G.L.Jogi clarified the queries raised by  the members
